1. Do I need meditation experience to join?

No. All three programs are designed for everyone, whether you're brand new or have an existing practice, you'll be gently guided step-by-step.

2. What if I miss a session or can’t keep up?

No worries:

7- Day Introduction to HCM Heart-Centered Meditation^®: is flexible with self‑paced modules and audio meditations. The program is also designed to keep you accountable and moving forward.
Monthly Mediation Program: on‑demand daily meditations and prompts you can catch up on anytime. Go at your own pace! The Awaken Inner Circle Community is there to encourage you and keep you consistent.
Moon Day Program: The full and new moons happen every month. Lessons are posted before each session to allow you to prepare and move at your own pace. Live sessions are available live or via replay.

3. How long do I have access?

7-Day Introduction to HCM Heart-Centered Meditation^® you get lifetime access: refresh your knowledge at anytime and begin learning to meditate again whenever you want.
Monthly Meditation Program and Moon Day Program: these are monthly subscription programs, ongoing until you cancel; replays remain available.

4. Can I repeat the program later?

Yes...all content across all programs is yours to revisit anytime, even after cancellation .

5. Do I need any special tools or equipment?

Nope. Just a quiet space and your willingness to show up. No apps, tools, or equipment required.

6. How do I access the program once I sign up?

Once you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with login instructions. You can access the program through your personal member portal on the website. Everything is available from your desktop or mobile device. Go to MY LIBRARY.

7. Is there a community or support group?

Yes! Each program offers access to the Awaken Inner Circle Community, where you can connect with others, share reflections, and receive support. You can engage as much or as little as feels right to you.

8. What if I have tech issues or trouble logging in?

Not to worry! First step is go to the bottom of any page on the Awaken website and press reset password. If you are still having issues, reach out to Kathy’s team for support. We’re happy to help with login, access, or navigation questions.

9. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes...for monthly memberships like Monthly Meditation Program and Moon Day Program, you can cancel anytime. For one-time purchases like 7-Day Introduction to HCM Heart-Centered Meditation^® you retain access forever.

10. What if I don’t like meditation or find it hard to focus?

That’s actually very normal. The practices are heart-centered and gentle...they help you get out of your head and ease into stillness without force. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

11. Do I have to follow the program in order?

While there’s a flow to the content, you’re encouraged to go at your own pace and return to any day that resonates. It’s your journey...no rigid rules. The most important aspect is consistency!
