the founder of Awaken and the creator of HCM*Heart-Centered Meditation™. I help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and live with intention through a grounded blend of meditation, energy healing, and emotional integration.
You can trust this work because I’ve lived it. My own healing journey led me to study how we grow, change, and find clarity from the inside out. With over 10,000 hours of training in consciousness, energy work, and human behavior—and a background in high-stress corporate environments—I understand both the pressure to perform and the deep desire to feel whole.
I’ve been doing this work for nearly 30 years, guiding people through real-life transformation with compassion, presence, and powerful tools for lasting inner alignment.
