I’m the founder of Awaken and creator of HCM Heart-Centered Meditation®.
For nearly 30 years, I’ve studied the practices of awakening awareness. My own healing journey, paired with decades of training and experience, grounds the work I share. I understand both the pressures of achievement and the longing to feel whole.
My passion is to guide people to slow down, awaken their inner wisdom, and live with intention through meditation, energy healing, and emotional integration.
